Ana Cvetković (Beyond the Bench Leadership Fellow)

Ana Cvetković is a research and lab operations professional with a strong foundation in immunology and drug discovery, bringing energy, resilience, and a clear commitment to expanding her impact beyond the bench. She is currently a Senior Research Associate at ReAx Biotechnologies. Ana's mindset is shaped not only by scientific rigor, but also by years as a competitive volleyball player — an experience that instilled teamwork, perseverance through setbacks, and leading by example. That foundation shows up in how she collaborates, adapts, and steps confidently into new environments. Through the Beyond the Bench Leadership Fellowship, Ana is broadening her view of what meaningful impact can look like across biotech and pharma while gaining practical experience in leadership and management.
